Every Chez Theia creation includes a First-Year Limited Jewelry Care Warranty designed to support you with professional maintenance for normal wear.
What Your First-Year Care Covers
- Stone tightening
- Prong inspection and minor retipping
- Minor clasp and solder repair
- Minor resizing within two sizes (where structurally appropriate)
- Professional cleaning and polishing
What Is Not Covered
This care program is a maintenance benefit and is not insurance. It does not cover:
- Loss or theft
- Mysterious disappearance
- Accidental destruction or severe impact damage
- Fire, flood, or other catastrophic events
- Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized third-party repair
- Full replacement of the jewelry item

Protection Beyond Maintenance
For protection against loss, theft, or accidental damage, we recommend that clients enroll in a third-party jewelry insurance policy through a licensed insurer. These policies are separate from your Chez Theia purchase and are contracted directly between you and the insurance provider.
