Chez Theia – Luxury Fine Diamond Jewellery

All Sales Are Final

All Chez Theia pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Each piece is produced using hand-selected diamonds and gemstones—natural, lab-grown, or custom-cut—chosen specifically for your order. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Design Approval

Before manufacturing starts, clients receive design confirmations such as CAD renderings, sketches, gemstone approval photos, and/or written specifications. Your approval of these materials signifies acceptance of the final sale terms.

Manufacturing Defects

If an item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost. This policy does not cover:

  • Wear and tear
  • Mishandling or accidental damage
  • Unauthorized repairs, resizing, or alterations
  • Loss or theft

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue.

Bespoke & Unique Line

Items from our Unique bespoke collection are fully personalized and therefore strictly final sale.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via secure, fully insured premium carriers such as:

  • UPS Next Day Air (insured)
  • FedEx Priority Overnight (insured)

A signature from an adult (21+) is required upon delivery.

Production & Processing Time

As each piece is crafted to order, production times typically range from:

  • 2–6 weeks for standard custom pieces
  • Additional time for bespoke or complex designs

Delivery estimates will be provided during the ordering process.

Shipping Insurance

Every Chez Theia shipment is fully insured until the moment it is signed for at the final delivery address. Once signed for, responsibility for the piece transfers to the client.

Tracking Information

When your piece ships, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • Carrier details
  • An estimated delivery date

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by their country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost in transit, our insurance partners will initiate a claim and resolve the loss. Packages marked as “delivered” and signed for cannot be replaced or refunded.
